These include storage boxes, laundry helpers, cleaning brushes, hooks, and organisers. Descriptions and photographs shown on the site help you choose between available items. Colours, sizes, brands, and stock may change without prior notice.
Prices shown on the site are for information only, not a final offer. We confirm the current price, availability, quantities, and collection or delivery details by phone before accepting an order. An order is accepted only after Rain Check confirms these details with you.
You may request a call by phone or through this site's short form; submission is not a completed sale. You may cancel before confirmation, but contact us promptly afterwards because prepared delivery goods may not be cancellable.
Payment for goods is made in Philippine pesos, using cash at the relevant handover. You pay when you collect the goods or when the goods are delivered to you. Rain Check does not accept online payment or card payment through this site, so the form does not take payment details. Please check the goods and order details upon collection or delivery, including the product, quantity, and condition of each item. Raise any missing or incorrect item with the person assisting you at once, so the issue can be noted while the collection or delivery is taking place.
We accept returns of unused items from you. Contact us within 7 days of collection or delivery and provide the order details when contacting us. The item must remain in its original saleable condition, with packaging, labels, and included parts where applicable. We will confirm whether the return is accepted and explain any replacement or cash refund arrangement, based on the circumstances. Used, damaged, or altered items may not be accepted unless Philippine law requires otherwise under applicable rules.
To the extent allowed by Philippine law, Rain Check is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This includes loss arising from a delayed or unavailable product. It also includes loss connected with an unavailable product. Incorrect use by you may likewise cause loss outside our liability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. This includes rights and remedies consumers have under applicable Philippine law. We may update these terms from time to time. The version displayed when your order is confirmed will apply to that order in that transaction.
Order by phone or short form. There is no online card payment; pay in cash on collection or delivery.
