There is no online or card payment. Payment is made in cash when you collect the confirmed order or when it is delivered. Mabolo Lane may be unable to complete an order after checking the request if an item is unavailable, the details cannot be confirmed, or a delivery arrangement cannot reasonably be made.
You may cancel by phone or through the provided contact details before collection or delivery, but cancellation may not be possible after preparation or dispatch; please contact the shop as soon as possible, and Mabolo Lane will handle requests fairly under Philippine law.
An unused item may be returned within 7 days from collection or delivery, provided it remains in its original saleable condition. It should be returned with its original packaging and tags where applicable. Please contact Mabolo Lane before making or sending any return. This gives the shop an opportunity to discuss the item, confirm relevant order details, and explain the return arrangement with you. Please keep the item unused while the return is being arranged. The arrangement does not replace or reduce rights that may apply to defective, incorrect, or not-as-described goods. Those rights remain available under applicable Philippine law, subject to the rules that govern them.
To the extent allowed by Philippine law, Mabolo Lane is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from a delayed, cancelled, or unavailable order. Nothing in these terms removes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited. Mabolo Lane may update these terms by posting a revised version on the site, and the terms in effect when an order is confirmed will normally apply.
